Return eligibility
We accept return requests within 30 days after delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, undamaged, complete, and returned with its original packaging, accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase.
- Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.
- Appliances that show installation marks, heavy use, missing parts, or avoidable damage may not qualify for a full refund.
- Please contact us before sending any item back so we can provide the correct return instructions.

How to start a return
To begin a return, contact Hestora with your order information, the item you would like to return, and a clear description of the reason for your request. Photos may be requested for appliances, packaging condition, or visible damage.
Once your request is reviewed, we will share the next steps. Items sent back without prior return instructions may take longer to process.

Refund review and timing
After the returned item arrives, it will be inspected for condition, completeness, and packaging. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. Shipping fees, handling fees, or return costs may be deducted when applicable and when permitted by the order circumstances.
Pack with care before sending it back.
Large kitchen appliances and small home appliances should be secured with their original protective materials whenever possible. This helps preserve condition during transit and supports a cleaner refund review.

Items that may not qualify
Some returns may be declined or partially refunded depending on item condition and order details. We review each case carefully and aim to keep the process clear.
- Items damaged by improper use, installation, storage, cleaning, or return packaging.
- Products with missing accessories, manuals, parts, serial labels, or original packaging.
- Items returned after the 30-day return window.
- Products that have been installed, modified, or used in a way that prevents resale in safe and complete condition.

Return shipping and delivery
Orders are typically prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days. If your order has already shipped, please wait for delivery and contact us before starting a return request.
Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for return and the condition of the product received. Please do not ship an appliance back until you have received return instructions from Hestora support.
